Embracing Heritage with Tech

Aguila, the protected Great Philippine Eagle and the Kalinga tribe in northern Luzon were one of his key inspirations. The collection would later win him the top spot at Britain’s Top Designer 2017, a competition held by Fashion’s Finest during London Fashion week 2017. Despite a limited colour palette of mostly white and brown, John’s highly detailed motifs won the heart of the judges.

By entrusting his designs to Epson’s SureColor™ F-series printer and its dye-sublimation technology, John brought his motifs to life. The high level of detail and quality of the prints were all possible due to Epson’s advanced PrecisionCore™ printhead technology. The union between his limitless imagination and state-of-the-art reproduction could not have been more perfect.
